During the project development we work closely with our client’s team in performing the ongoing evaluation procedures to determine the cost-efficiency of our staff and to be able to make further recommendations to our client.

Basically we are following a three step approach for all of our projects:
1. Requirement definition to shape product specification
2. Product development including logic, code, content and designs
3. Product deployment (testing, training, after care)

| For new projects we are estimating effort and investments according specifications. We are open to set up a project specification if clients do not have or do not want to lose time in making a specification. As working guide in specifying projects we are following the so called “Volere process”. |
